By placing an order on amsw.dk you accept these terms.

Order & Shipping Terms

• Payment is collected at the time of order
• In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days
• Items available for pre-order show their expected dispatch date on the product page
• You will be notified by email when your order ships

In the unlikely event that an order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your market — DKK in Denmark and EUR elsewhere in the EU. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely. Your card is charged at the time of purchase.

Delivery

We ship within Denmark and to EU countries. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Consumer Rights

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods, in accordance with Danish consumer law (Forbrugeraftaleloven). See our Refund Policy for full details.

If your item is faulty or does not match the description, you are entitled to a remedy under Danish law (Købeloven). Please contact us at info@amsw.dk.
