Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of amsw.dk (the "Webshop") and your purchase of products from Anger Management Sportswear (AMSW), CVR no. 46620739, operated by AMSW ApS ("AMSW", "we", "us"). By using the Webshop or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

About AMSW

AMSW is a Danish streetwear brand. Our products, including Drop 01, are unisex and designed for everyone, regardless of gender.

Orders and Prices

All prices on the Webshop are listed in DKK, including Danish VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and product information without prior notice. For preorders, such as Drop 01, the expected delivery time is stated in the product description; the delivery time is indicative and may change.

A binding agreement is formed once you have completed checkout and received an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example due to incorrect pricing, sold-out items, or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods available at checkout. For preorders, payment is collected at the time of order unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed in our shipping settings. Delivery times are indicative. Risk of loss for the item passes to you once the item is in your physical possession.

Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish law. The terms for withdrawal and complaints, including the specific conditions for the Drop 01 preorder, are set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Webshop, including AMSW's name, logo, designs, text, and images, belongs to AMSW or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use the content without our prior written consent.

Use of the Webshop

You may not use the Webshop for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or act in a way that may harm AMSW or other users.

Limitation of Liability

AMSW is not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or consequential damages arising from use of the Webshop or our products, to the extent permitted under Danish law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Danish law.

Our processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at any given time is available on the Webshop. Material changes will be communicated where relevant.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the Danish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
