Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

At Anger Management Sportswear (AMSW ApS, CVR no. 46620739), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, when purchasing from us as a private individual.

Drop 01 — Preorder

Drop 01 is sold as a limited preorder. The 14-day withdrawal period runs from the day you receive your item — not from the order date. Since Drop 01 items are expected to be delivered in Q3 2026, you can withdraw from your purchase up to 14 days after actual delivery, regardless of how long the time between order and delivery is.

You can also cancel your purchase before the item has shipped — just contact us and we will cancel and refund your order free of charge.

How to Withdraw From Your Purchase

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us clear written notice, e.g. via email to info@amsw.dk or by phone at +45 61 53 52 85, before the withdrawal deadline expires.

The item must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The item must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You bear the direct costs of returning the item.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have documented that the item has been returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Condition of the Item

You are liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

Faults and Defects

If your item is defective or does not match what was ordered, the general Danish rules on defects under the Sale of Goods Act apply. Contact us at info@amsw.dk and we will find a solution, including replacement, repair, or refund.
