14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under Danish consumer law (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

For preorder items, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your order — not from the date of payment. Drop 01 is a preorder: you pay now, and your item ships in early August 2026.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the deadline by contacting:

Your notice must be unambiguous — an email stating that you wish to cancel your order is sufficient. You do not need to state a reason.

Refunds

If you cancel within the withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Returns

For non-preorder items: you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised to a specific consumer's specifications.
